As we look forward to Christmas 2025, the children at SERUDS Children Home are eagerly preparing for the celebration with great excitement. In keeping with our commitment to building an inclusive and nurturing environment, the children will participate in the festival regardless of caste, creed, or religion. Many of them come from challenging backgrounds and are unaware of their family roots, so these celebrations help them experience culture, unity, and the joy of togetherness.

This year, we are planning a vibrant Christmas program filled with decorations, cultural activities, festive meals, and meaningful moments. The children are already practicing songs, dances, and short skits to present during the celebration. We also plan to provide them with Christmas gifts, including clothes, toys, and school supplies, to make the day truly special for all of them. Their excitement grows daily, and they express sincere gratitude for the love and support they receive from caring donors like you.

Your kindness continues to give these 40 children a safe home, proper care, and the chance to celebrate life’s beautiful moments. At SERUDS, our mission has always been to uplift the most vulnerable children—those who have been abandoned, orphaned, or left without anyone to care for them. Through the Joy Home Orphanage, we are providing a safe, nurturing, and stable environment to 35 children whose lives have been marked by hardship, neglect, and extreme poverty. These children, aged between 5 and 17 years, are currently pursuing their education from Class I to Class XII, and are growing into confident, responsible individuals with the support of our dedicated team and generous donors like you.

Every child at Joy Home receives nutritious food, formal education, healthcare support, emotional care, and recreational opportunities. Their academic performance has been consistently encouraging, with many of them achieving good grades and actively participating in school activities. Beyond academics, they show remarkable enthusiasm for sports, cultural activities, and creative learning. We regularly organize dance classes, indoor games, and outdoor sports sessions to ensure their holistic development. Over the years, the orphanage has become more than just a shelter—it has become a family. Our children feel safe, loved, and emotionally secure, never experiencing the sense of abandonment they once faced.

Most of our children come from remote rural villages and deeply vulnerable backgrounds. Since 2012, SERUDS has been identifying and rescuing these children through community leaders, volunteers, and field outreach programs. We have ensured that every child brought into Joy Home receives consistent care, education, and emotional support. This journey of transforming their lives has only been possible because of your continued generosity and compassion.

Your support enables us to provide everything these children need—from daily meals and school supplies to healthcare, clothes, and safe accommodation. Without your kindness, sustaining this level of care for the children would be incredibly difficult.
