Environmental Sanitation and Clean water project, Nigeria. Is a project designed and structured to keep our environment healthy and protected, by sensitizing our people in the community on the need to protect our environment against the effects of climate change. And our clean water project is aimed at providing clean safe water for our people in the rural communities, who are facing the challenges of lack of access and shortage of clean water in the vulnerable communities we serve.
It is no more news globally that the effect of climate change has changed the way we live and challenged our environment, posed as a threat to our communities in the world. Some of the effects of this climate change has become a major problem to the lives of the People living in the semi urban and rural areas, thereby leaving them at their own risk without any intervention. And this has led to several outbreak of diseases, death and hardship among the communities affected.
Through your generous donation and partnership, we will continue to maintain momentum in carrying out our "Environmental Sanitation and Sensitization awareness Campaign" among our People, teaching them on the need to protect our environment against the effects of climate change by practicing proper waste management in our communities. We will continue to distribute free waste bins to the petty traders. Our clean water project, will give access to clean water for 10000 people in the community.
This project will ensure that the affected communities will not run into lack of safe water and environmental crises again, which leads to the outbreak of sicknesses and even death. It will strengthen and encourage participation among the locals during the environmental Sanitation exercise, which will help the environment to remain healthy and also withstand the effects of climate change whenever the crisis arises.
