During December, the children worked in their annual projects but also in activities related with Christmas:
They worked visual stimulation through cellophane paper. With cellophane paper children can make paper overlays and see the resulting colors through them. For the children it turned out to be a very fun activity.
We worked with the children on the theme of peace, compiling the idea of peace that they had through dialogue circles, telling songs about the importance of caring for the other and having experiences such as the creation of kites which has a meaning of expression to others of something that gives each child freedom, love, friendship, care.
The questions were asked Where do we find peace? How is the peace? How do we move when we have peace? These were some of the questions that were launched for the children to express themselves, it was in this way that we began to identify movements that the infants invented in order to move to have peace.
This month we had a fun way to learn the geometric figures playing bingo, we stimulate the logical-mathematical learning of the boys and their verbal area since while they pronounce the name of the figures the boys are repeating and also develop their visual-manual area and here they locate in their fun boards the images of the forms that we are pronouncing.
As an activity for Christmas, children were involved in a recipe to share at Christmas The quick recipe is the first meal that children can prepare, as long as adults are supervising and taking safety measures. Eating is itself an act of sharing.
