This project provides healthy meals, clothing, health care, hygiene items, and study materials to 18 kindergarten students on a semester basis. Yaowawit selected these children because they come from underprivileged families-some have no parents, and others suffer from various kinds of abandonment. Yaowawit provides these disadvantaged children with free quality education, life-skill training, dormitories, and above all a safe home where they can grow up as happy children.
The problem is these kindergarten students need a continuous flow of funding for their healthy meals, clothing, health care, hygiene items, and study materials.
This project invites you to sponsor these kindergarten students either all of them or individually. Your financial support will buy them healthy meals, clothing, health care, hygiene items, or study materials. And you are also encouraged to meet your sponsored child or children in person so that they can take advise from you whom they can look up to. That way, they have a positive outlook in life early on and a motivation to do well in school as they can then show you their achievements.
This project helps 18 kindergarten children with disadvantaged backgrounds to complete kindergarten. Therefore, they can continue their education to the primary school level, also at Yaowawit. Above all, this project gives educational opportunities to these disadvantaged children so that when they become adults, they have good education and useful skills to empower themselves to help their families and communities out of poverty.
