We are excited to report that the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan disbursed cash prizes in June 2026 for the champions and runners-up of the Juba Primary Schools Mini Competition 2025.
The champions, Juba Diplomatic Primary School in Hai Referendum, were awarded SSP 300,000, and the championship trophy was retracted during the ceremony.
The runners-up, Baraka Central Nursery and Primary School in Hai Baraka, received SSP 150,000 as their prize.
Both schools are found in Luri Payam of Juba County in South Sudan's Central Equatoria State
The awards were delivered by Emmanuel Karaba, Executive Director at the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan, who presented the prizes to the respective school heads and team coaches.
The event was marked by enthusiasm and appreciation from all participants, celebrating the hard work and talent of the young champions. Juba Diplomatic Primary School called for more support, especially in terms of scholarships for outstanding learners during the competition.
