Help build a speaker platform to raise awareness

Dear reader,

The Corona crisis is still gripping the world at the time of writing. Millions of people face the loss of loved ones and numerous economies, businesses and organizations are severely affected financially. The Corona crisis is also having an impact on the Green Cross organization in the Netherlands. We continue to work from home with a smaller team.

The number of Dutch participants in the SfA project expects Green Cross to increase in 2021 to at least 300 participants. For some of the current Dutch participants in the SfA platform, visit: https://www.gcnl.nl/sfa-sprekers/

A number of foreign Green Cross departments are now examining which speakers can be approached this year to participate in the SfA platform.

The development of the new SfA site has not yet been realized. We would now like to inform you that a beautiful SfA booking site had now been realized. Unfortunately, no donation has been made via the GlobalGiving platform in the last period. As a result, we could not yet order realization. At the end of 2020, Green Cross Netherlands therefore entered into talks with the special organization Generous Minds (www.generous-minds.com) to get the SfA site realized. With the help of GM, Green Cross Netherlands now expects to quickly obtain the necessary financing and to be able to realize the new SfA site.

The urgency to make fundamental changes to our economic and financial systems is increasing, but also more visible. Numerous reports in the media increasingly show this. The American division of Green Cross (Global Green) has recently revamped its site and it clearly shows on its main page that we are running out of time.
