Spay/neuter is vital. Kindness Patrol is Needed

By Nancy Janes | President and Founder, Romania Animal Rescue Inc.

Greetings Friends,

Romania Animal Rescue has launched a new program.  The Kindness Patrol, enabling us to go out into the communities where the most needy animals live, to help them.  Our hired team goes into communities, meeting caregivers and desperate citizens with their dogs to bring them to Center of Hope Hospital for spay/neuter, but not only.  Kindness Patrol reaches the animals that are severly injured from extreme conditions without veterinary help, suffering from terrible parasite infestations, car accidents, many eye injuries and infections.  Imagine living in a war zone of neglect.  This is what these animals endure.

Many of these dogs are feral and that takes extra special catching skills.  Our 3 experts are up to the challenge, having each worked in animal welfare for decades.

We send out the mobile team 5 days a week, often upon request from rescuers.  Sometimes the dogs are brought to Center of Hope Hospital for treatment, and sometimes they are treated from our mobile caravan.

What we need from you, our donors, is support for this new project so that we can prevent more suffering.  We have invested in the infrastructure, hiring employees and using the Spay Shuttle van for  this program, however we need funds to be able to implement the work to the fullest.

Please, if you are able, help us to stop the endless cycle of unwanted cats born to suffer in Romania.
