In February 799 street dogs and 36 street cats were sterilized. In March 755 street dogs and 34 street cats have been sterilized. Your kind donation has helped in this great effort!. We would like to share pictures of our gorgeous cats that are in our shelter. There are more than 70 cats and more than 20 of them are disabled. These cats are all sterilized and neutered and we love them to bits. These are all rescued cats that have either been abandoned or cannot be put back on the street due to disability.
The summer is here and our shelter gets very warm- much too warm for our cats and kittens. We try to keep them comfortable by hanging wet gunny bags on the walls and keeping the fans on throught the day and night.
A few heart-warming happy tails:
Debra came to the shelter as a four-month old kitten, No one came forward to adopt her inspite of our feverish efforts. She lives in the shelter and is happy to be here. She loves to climb trees and run around. She is stays away from people and loves to be in the company of other cats.
Tiger is one of our older resident who has been with us for more than five years. She was abandoned at our shelter. She keeps to her herself and is loves to be around people.
These cats have a second chance because of your kind and valuable support.
