Winter Regional Games Basketball & Powerlifting

Sunday, March 17, 2013 in Beaverton & Hillsboro (Basketball only)
Winter Regional Games for indoor sports are competitions held around the state in the sports of basketball and powerlifting for Special Olympics athletes in Oregon. All participants have trained in their hometowns for several weeks prior to these competitions.
Winter State Games Snow Sports are held annually at Mt. Bachelor where participants from the entire state compete in one of four sports – alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. All participants have trained in their hometowns and local mountains for eight or more weeks prior to these competitions.
