Here after the interviews collected during an evaluation session in the department of Pediatric Oncology
Michael : You are very well medically trained, and you are an integral part of our unit. You are perfectly observing hygiene rules, you see that you are professionals, there is nothing to say! Furthermore, you bring lightness into the Hospital life.
Sara: You are doing the "happiness" part, it's up most important, while we, the nursing staff, have no time to spend in relationship with children and parents. We are rather technicians, it is a little bit frustrating but that’s life, and so your presence in our department is really crucial. You are competent and can be trusted.
