The clowns of Soleil Rouge have just started visits in Neonatology unit! It's like in a cosy little nest. The sentence "walking on eggs" makes full sense here. The little babies, when not in incubators, are taken tenderly in the arms of caregivers or parents.
Here, the clowns become poets, singers, whistlers, musicians. Their heart melts when they see the smiles of the little kids. They sing their most beautiful lullabies, trying to remember all the lyrics, but sometimes it's not fully accurate and it makes laugh the older ones!!!
Below is the testimony from Marie, nurse in neonatology unit in Grenoble’s hospital:
“I saw you evolve since many years in the hospital with this communicative generosity, with all these little and older patients, but it is now the first time you come to visit the new borns: what a joy to meet you here! I was waiting for you! Discovering the reaction of parents and of some babies in front of your joyful, discreet and sincere expressions.
Your weekly visits bring a wave of freshness and sweetness that reaches us and makes us smile. And when you leave the unit, some little tunes of music stay with us for the rest of the day.
Thanks again to you all for "Soleil Rouge"!
