Bring Light to Families Without Power

For many families in Ukraine, power outages are not a small inconvenience. They affect almost everything: cooking, light, warmth, emergency communication, children’s routines, and the ability to stay connected when the night becomes uncertain.

That is why Hope For Ukraine’s Solar Energy Resilience Program is helping deliver solar resilience kits to families living with damaged infrastructure and unreliable electricity.

Each kit gives a family practical backup power when the grid can no longer be trusted. With a solar generator and electric cooktop, families can charge a phone, keep a light on, and cook a warm meal without waiting for electricity to come back.

Hope For Ukraine’s 2026 goal is to deliver 1,250 solar resilience kits to Ukrainian families in the hardest-hit communities. These kits help families meet basic needs during blackouts caused by continued attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
