By Eric Agrazal | Director

Project Progress Report: INNOBUC – Project InLight
Reporting Period: June – September 2026

Implementing Organization: INNOBUC
Location: Coclé, Panama
1. Executive Summary
During the period of June to September 2026, INNOBUC focused its efforts on the Coclé region, driving sustainable development through the InLight project. In recent weeks, our team strategically targeted high-potential areas where community-based tourism is a primary economic driver. By delivering practical resources and tools, the project aims to empower local micro-entrepreneurs and demonstrate the versatile, multi-sectoral applications of the InLight initiative.
2. Sector-Specific Impact & Deliveries
In Light has successfully completed key equipment and resource deliveries to local stakeholders. The versatility of the project was demonstrated across three main economic pillars in Coclé:
  • Sustainable Tourism: Supporting local tourism operators in key geographic areas to improve their service delivery, leverage regional attractions, and adapt to modern traveler demands.
  • Agriculture (Agro): Empowering farmers with tools to optimize crop production and improve supply chain integration.
  • Livestock Farming (Ganadería): Providing livestock producers with resources to implement efficient, modern, and sustainable practices.
3. Direct Benefits & Versatility
The core achievement of these recent weeks has been proving the adaptability of the InLight project. By equipping individuals across tourism, agriculture, and livestock farming, the project showcases how a unified intervention can address diverse rural needs, fostering immediate economic impact and local resilience.
