Provision of 500 mini solar sets to low-income households and 150 solar power stations to public facilities (rural clinics, schools and libraries, community centers and mosques). with the purpose to bring light in the lives of poor ones
In rural populations, more than 70% of villages have no electricity & about 60% in target areas face poverty due to consecutive floods 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2014. Still about 60% people do not have water to irrigate their lands and cultivate crops. The targeted person needs support of solar light on urgent basis.
Solar lanterns will be distributed to the villages having no electricity to show people how to use solar lights. We provide their first kerosene oil lamps during floods and now they asking for the solar lights as fuel prices are high and it also pollute their house. The solar lights will help them to study, farm visit, can charge their mobile and light at their house
Long-term this project benefits the health of the families, light for their families and houses, children can study in the night time, save income of 500 families. 5000 daily basis are being used for mobile charge.
