This project aims to break down isolation by offering personalized support towards independence, moving from charitable assistance to social and professional inclusion. The objective is to promote the sustainable inclusion of these individuals in their community and improve their quality of life. Therefore, the project seeks to strengthen physical and personal autonomy; Facilitate access to vocational training and employment; Raise community awareness and reduce stereotypes related to disability
The challenge of social reintegration for people with reduced mobility lies in the persistence of systemic obstacles that transform a physical limitation into social and professional exclusion. Despite legal frameworks, genuine inclusion is hampered by architectural barriers, social prejudices, and a lack of adaptation in educational and professional structures.
This project provides holistic solutions aimed at transforming disability-related challenges into opportunities for empowerment and active participation in society. These solutions include : Physical rehabilitation and independent movement; socio-economic reintegration ; Social and community inclusion; Local capacity building and accessibility.
The impact of this project is multidimensional, acting not only on individual autonomy but also on social cohesion and economic dynamics, particulary in post-conflict or development contexts. This includes the impact on individual autonomy and well-being, namely: Physical rehabilitation and mobility; Psychological reconstruction: Reintegration helps individuals overcome victimhood, combating stigma and fostering self-esteem; economic and professional impact.
