Socialreintegration ofpeople with reduced mobility

People with reduced mobility often face barriers that go far beyond physical limitations. In communities affected by poverty, displacement, or conflict, these barriers can lead to isolation, limited access to education and employment, loss of confidence, and dependence on others for everyday activities. This project was created to help change that reality by supporting people with reduced mobility on their journey toward greater independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in their communities.

The project has a total budget of $94,300. At this stage, no funds have yet been raised, and implementation is about to begin. We are currently in the preparation phase, identifying qualified trainers and potential learners who will participate in the project. The planned activities will focus on physical rehabilitation and mobility, personal empowerment, vocational training, pathways toward employment and income generation, community inclusion, and awareness-raising to challenge stereotypes surrounding disability. Rather than providing short-term assistance alone, the project seeks to create lasting opportunities for people to build skills, regain confidence, strengthen their autonomy, and participate more fully in social and economic life.
