Following the announcement of our major initiative earlier this year, we are pleased to share that the AI Innovator Pathway Program was officially launched in partnership with Subul in October 2025.
This program was designed to equip participants from conflict-affected communities with applied knowledge in AI engineering, Design Thinking, Business Architecture, and Web Development, while providing structured career and language support.
After a competitive selection process, 20 participants were admitted into the core technical training track. In addition, 5–10 guest learners joined selected sessions as listeners, expanding access to knowledge within the community.
Alongside the technical component, participants enrolled in English for Tech training to strengthen their ability to work in global digital environments. During this phase, 15 learners joined the B1 English track and 16 learners joined the B2 level
What distinguishes the AI Innovator Pathway is its integrated support structure. Beyond technical instruction, the program includes:
This combined model ensures that participants are not only building technical competencies, but also strengthening communication skills and career readiness..
