Sijoge Kuwe Food Gardening Project is doing very well and more people surrounding communities are coming forward to assisted with setting up food gardening projects.
The of this project is to fight unemployment and poverty amongst the marginalized communities especial in the formal sector.
During the period under reviuw from September to date 16 people were assisted with food gardening in their premises including a group of 6 women from Site B in Khayelitsha.
9 peeople have attended business skills training.
7.businesses were counselled on topics like Record Keeping.Marketing and on how to draw up a business plan.
10 people attended workshop on Costing & Pricing.
