Dear Donor,
Greetings. We completed training of 83 Youth last 3 months. 23 of them chose to work and were placed. Remaining decided to continue studies. Following is story of change .
Sujatha N having completed her 10th grade could not pursue her studies further for lack of support resources. However she got in touch with Vidya Chetana Institue of Computer Education at Kamakshipalya and got trained herself with the basic course. Today she has succeeded in getting recruited at Kiran Staffing Solutions as a receptionist/tele-caller. She feels highly obliged to Vidya Chetana for transforming her and making her realize her potentials with total confidence. Vidya Chetana wishes her a bright future and let her succeed in her career, manifold.
All six labs are working at full capacity and we have new batches started few days before.

Many job seeking studnets ( 50 plus as on date) have found career and hope with New Job placements. We are sharing story of three Girl studnets. Thank you for all support and help.
Sonia | 21 yrs | PUC (11th drop out)
"I recently completed PUC from Seshadripuram Pre-University College. I used to work in a sweet manufacturing unit, earlier. I was totally aimless in my life. I could not even converse in English properly. It so happened that I met Rajeshwari Madam, who referred me to Vidya Chetana and asked me to join the course. Initially I was very scared and hesitant. Now, after completing the course, I feel I am empowered as I can speak English without any hesitation. I can convey my thoughts easily and feel confident. Thanks to Vidya Chetana for creating a new person within me. Sonia is selected by Bata ."

Spoken English training

Wish you happy new year.
New Intitiative :
Launched Spoken English training using shadowing technique:
Shadowing is useful method to teach spoken English. In this method learner would listen to audio learn context based sentence making (Speaking with friends, buying from shop, In bus ,In bank etc..) and accent along with how to pronounce vowels and consonants.
This training is developed by Regional Institute of English (http://www.riesielt.org/publication/ ) , This training is found very useful to train students who have studied in native tongues in English.
Vidyachetana skill development program has extended this facility to all 6 skill development centers. This would immensely increase employability of trained students.
Latest Status update:
150 students are enrolled accross six skill development and are at the end of there course. We started placement of trained youth and we got encouraging results. Following candidates were first to be palced.
