Summary

Fundacion Ser Para Ser's Soroca Program empowers 113 youth ages 13-18 living in poverty in eastern Cali, Colombia, surrounded by school dropouts, substance use, armed violence, and teenage pregnancy. Through our four-year program, Ser Para Ser provides skills training, mentorship, mental health support, and family engagement to help them build their life-projects, break the poverty cycle, finish school, find self-empowerment, and lead positive change in their vulnerable communities.
