Since our last update, we have received a very heartwarming video from our partners detailing how the ultrasound machine we shipped is being put to use.
In the linked video, you’ll see how the machine is helping expectant mothers in Jordan, being placed in a city with a high concentration of Palestinian and Syrian refugees.
We still have several aid offers from in-kind donors and hospitals which are desperately needed by our partners in the Levant. We still need to raise money to be able to send them over there!
Palestine - Forced pause to aid delivery
Sadly, political influence is currently making it impossible for us, along with most humanitarian organisations, to deliver humanitarian supplies to Gaza and the West Bank. While we are doing what we can to provide for Palestinians who have been evacuated to Jordan and Lebanon, pressure must be put on Israeli authorities to allow humanitarian work to proceed in Palestine.
If you wish to help, please consider contacting your political representative and spreading awareness within your networks about the blockade on humanitarian aid and the ban on journalists that restrict information about conditions in Gaza.
