Education lays the foundation for a child’s future,it gives children the power to dream and decide, it
opens doors to new paths and sparks creativity and innovation .
The "Send Back 2000 Out-of-School Children" program is an ambitious educational initiative launched to address the pressing issue of children excluded from formal schooling due to poverty, displacement, child labor, and other socio-economic barriers. The project aimed to reintegrate at least 2,000 children into education systems and empower them with the tools they need to thrive.
Since the commencement of this project,it has significantly contributed to reducing the number of out-of-school children in the target areas.
Here are some of the significance of this project to the children :
1. Restoring Dreams and Opportunities
2. Reducing Child Labor and Exploitation
3. Strengthening Communities
4. Promoting Equality
Challenges Due to Lack of Financial Support
We write this report with both sincerity and urgency. Over the past four months, our project, dedicated to helping 2,000 children return to school, has faced a significant setback due to the complete absence of financial support during this period. This has deeply impacted our ability to deliver on the goals we have set and to respond to the needs of vulnerable children and their families.
As an organization committed to educational access and equity, we are constantly aware of how critical timely intervention is, especially when it comes to ensuring children stay in school. Unfortunately, the lack of funding has meant that many of the essential services we typically provide i.e,school fees, uniforms, learning materials are not met. This gap has left many families without the assistance they were counting on, and for some children, it has meant a delay or complete disruption in their education.
Despite these challenges, our team has continued to engage with the communities, visiting of the Ophanage homes and sharing of food items to widows.
We humbly ask our supporters, partners, and potential donors to consider the impact of their giving during this critical time. With your help, we can still ensure that these 2,000 children not only return to school but do so with the dignity, confidence, and tools they need to succeed.
Thank you for standing with us.
