Happy New Year! We cannot believe that we are almost through with January.
We have had the amazing privilege of providing two more Service Dog grants! This brings our total number of grants to 144. Kelly and Nathan will soon be welcoming their Seizure Response Service dogs into their homes, who will assist with medication retrieval, performing work during seizures, helping with balance and independence, and completing individualized tasks for each of them. They will protect their person. Both recipients are super hopeful for their futures with their dogs beside them.
We are so honored and grateful for your support. Your donation goes directly to a grant for someone in need of these life saving Service Dogs. Because of our low overhead costs and grassroots approach to running the Chelsea Hutchison Foundation, 100% of your donation goes toward funding these grants.
Thank you so much for showing up in this big way for our community effected by Epilepsy.
