Dear donors,
We are thrilled to share that all 18 women from our first “Seed Women” group have successfully completed their haircut and hairstyling training course, each one obtaining her official certification!
As part of their learning process, they also participated in the financial education workshop, designed to help them turn their new skills into sustainable income.
We are proud to share that two of these women have already started their own salon together, and many others are now offering their services from home, generating income for their families and strengthening their confidence and independence.
This achievement marks an important milestone for the Mujeres Semilla (Seed Women) program and for the empowerment of women in the community. None of this would have been possible without your generous support.
