Thanks to your generous support, our “Seeds of Resilience: Empower Her” project is approaching a life-changing milestone as it is gradually rewriting the future of some teenage mothers and young women. We have successfully placed 05 resilient girls from families previously affected by war into professional vocational apprenticeships.
These girls are now gaining hands-on skills in sustainable tailoring, through local business placements. By shifting from illicit activities to acquiring skills, they are hoping to secure independent incomes now and in the future. The generous donations we have received so far provided the training fees and starter kits necessary to turn these teenage mothers into empowered entrepreneurs.
Project reports on GlobalGiving are posted directly to globalgiving.org by Project Leaders as they are completed, generally every 3-4 months. To protect the integrity of these documents, GlobalGiving does not alter them; therefore you may find some language or formatting issues.
