Hi!
Hard to believe but it's true… our ecosystem is up and running at full speed, and so far we've reached:
350 young people enrolled: We're holding steady at 91% retention and 89% attendance — both higher than last year… looks like our gamification strategy for students is working!
We were also able to run our Graduate Census for the second time, where our graduates share "what they're up to." Some highlights worth noting: 24% said their financial situation improved after Semillero; and even though half of them are employed, more than 80% want to look for or switch jobs. That's exactly where we're putting all our effort: increasing employability!
Thanks to that, we've already had several success stories this year — for example, Violeta and Cecilia landed jobs in the digital industry.
And here's news that moves us even more: Cami, who joined Semillero Digital without knowing anything about the digital industry, is now a graduate herself — and she came back to lead a Digital Marketing workshop for women construction workers at a partner company!! A true algorithm of love that fills us with pride.
Thanks to your ongoing support, more young people get the chance to change their lives. We invite you to share this newsletter with your friends and become a BRIDGE to keep changing lives!
See you next time!
