During 2025, Fundación Tiempo de Juego expanded its impact across Colombia, reaching a total of 1,483 participants in its regional programs, with 1,119 in Soacha and 364 in Santa Marta. Additionally, more than 1,100 children and youth participated in the Learning by Playing programs implemented in Cali, Puerto Tejada, Bogotá, and other regions, strengthening access to sports, arts, and educational opportunities that promote integral development.

Throughout the year, we continued to consolidate our high-performance programs in soccer and athletics, supporting young athletes in their physical, mental, emotional, and personal growth. These programs aim to develop competitive skills while fostering discipline, leadership, and strong life projects, allowing participants to pursue their sporting goals with purpose and commitment.

During the second semester, the athletics program achieved outstanding results at municipal, departmental, national, and international levels. Athletes stood out in competitions such as the National Road Championship, the Bogotá Half Marathon, the Race for Solidarity, and regional races in Fusagasugá and Soacha, earning multiple podium finishes across juvenile, minors, and senior categories. These achievements reflect the consistency of our training processes and the dedication of our athletes.

One of the year’s most significant milestones was the qualification and participation of Erika Martínez, elite athlete and athletics coach of Athletic TDJ, in the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympic Games, where she achieved a Top 5 diploma in the 800 meters and earned third place in both the mixed and women’s 4x400-meter relays. In addition, Oriana Ladino represented Colombia at the South American U18 Championship in Valledupar, securing second place in the 800-meter event.

Beyond competition, Tiempo de Juego strengthened inclusive and formative spaces through initiatives such as the Second School Mini Athletics Festival in Soacha, which promoted teamwork, gender equity, and collective achievement through mixed teams, and reinforced the value of every child’s contribution regardless of individual performance.

To close the year, the foundation organized the “Varón del Sol” Men’s Basketball Tournament in Soacha, a community-driven event that went beyond competition to create visibility and future opportunities for young athletes transitioning to higher performance levels. Overall, 2025 reaffirmed our belief that sport is a powerful tool for social transformation and that there are no impossible matches when we play as a team.

In 2026, Fundación Tiempo de Juego aims to deepen its impact by strengthening existing programs, expanding access to sports and arts in new territories, and consolidating performance pathways for young athletes. We will continue prioritizing inclusion, gender equity, and life-skills development, while building new alliances that allow us to sustain and scale our work, ensuring that more children and youth can dream, grow, and thrive through the power of play.

Thank you for being part of this team!
