Dear Friend,
Hope you had a great 2018 and Rise High Public School Family wishes you a very happy, healthy, prosperous and successful 2019.
We are happy to share the last quarter's newsletter of school that covers different aspects of school during Oct-Dec 2018. We are also happy to share our very first season's greeting card.
In the last quarter, our students appeared in Science Olympiad Foundation's(www.sofworld.org) English, Science and Maths Olympiad. We got results of English and Science Olympiad. 4 students in English Olympiad qualified for round 2(top 5%). We had a superb performance in Science Olympiad where 16 our students qualified for 2nd round, and 8 of our students got top 25 ranks in Bihar zone. One student of class 6 got top rank in Bihar zone and top 10 national rank to make the results even sweeter.
Last quarter also saw start of various sports tournaments where our students performed very well. Better weather conditions allowed us to conduct outdoor inter house tournaments to expose our students to several other aspects of education.
On affiliation front, we still struggle to get NOC and put up required infrastructure. Our globalgiving campaign for support for science laboratory has still not reached the target(we are short by around 6000 USD for completing science laboratory) and we are not able to finish the construction and furnish our laboratory yet.
We look forward to your continued support and encouragement and hope to tide over major challenges in 2019 to move forward towards our shared goal.
Best Regards,
Rise High Public School Family
