The project “Send a disable child to school in DR Congo” is supporting more than 300 children per year in Education. Sadiki, one of them, shares her story:
To go to school was my dream! To become a doctor was my second dream!
“Do not dream,” said my aunty. “You are a disable child! You have no parents. The chance to go to school is low.” Even so, I was confident I’ll go to school.
When I was moving on my knees as usual, a chief of the village came. He told my aunty that there was an education program for disable children at Children’s Voice center. Now I am a student. I have friends. I am so happy.
I still keep my second dream. I will be a doctor and will heal children.
