Over the past two school holidays we have continued to bring families together, providing children with food and fun between terms.
In December, we organised four different days of activities, including:
The children were delighted with some great experiences, while enjoying hot, healthy food.
Feedback included:
"We had an awesome time every single day. I believe that the last day when the children saw the Circus show was probably the highlight of the whole winter activity."
"I enjoyed very much when our children did a small performance and sang the Christmas songs. It was so sweet and they did really well."
We followed this work up by sharing some love during February Half Term. Children joined us for a Valentine's Day themed arts and crafts session, while being treated to healthy snacks (plus hot drinks for their parents).
"The children has a great time and loved doing all the activities which were planned. They also enjoyed Helen's cooking."
We're already planning our next sessions for the Easter holidays, and look forward to supporting as many children as we can across Lambeth and Wandsworth.
