Hearing loss steals a child's voice, confidence, and future. In Nepal, more than half of all diagnosed hearing loss affects school-aged children, mostly from infections that can be prevented. Our medical team travels to remote schools serving the most underprivileged children to screen, treat, and teach ear health. Your support can stop silent suffering, restore hearing, and give every child the chance to learn, connect, and dream freely.
Hearing loss is one of Nepal's most overlooked health problems. Many underprivileged children live with untreated ear infections, causing delayed learning, social isolation and sometimes lifelong disability. Harmful home remedies and low awareness make it worse. Families already struggling to afford school often cannot access care, leaving children in silence when simple screening and treatment could prevent it.
Our mobile Ear Screening Camp brings full ear care directly into community schools where the most underprivileged children go. Our ENT specialists examine children, treat minor conditions immediately and a nurse tests hearing. Children, teachers and parents receive practical ear-health education. Children needing advanced care are referred to the hospital for major ear surgeries with our medical team. Early diagnosis and treatment restore hearing, improve learning, and create lasting awareness.
Our project prevents ear infections, restores hearing, and empowers children, parents, and teachers with vital knowledge. It gives underprivileged children access to medical care, helps children thrive in school, and spreads awareness, creating lasting, life-changing impact in the community contributing to improve ear health on national level among the most underprivileged.
