Over the past three months, the Community-Based Education (CBE) school has made remarkable strides in improving the academic outcomes and emotional well-being of Orphan and Vulnerable Children (OVC). With the support of our dedicated team and your generous sponsorship, we have witnessed transformative results that affirm the power of education when paired with consistent care and encouragement.
An impressive 85% of OVC enrolled in the CBE program have demonstrated significant improvements in their learning habits and academic performance. According to the Study Monitoring Books from public schools, 70 out of 78 students successfully passed their monthly state school examinations in June 2025. Furthermore, CBE’s internal monthly tests over the same period showed that almost all students passed, confirming strong and consistent progress. These results are not coincidental. They are the direct outcome of three strategic interventions that form the backbone of our education support framework.
Our holistic support model ensures no child is left behind. CBE teachers maintain regular contact with state school teachers to address students’ learning challenges and share feedback. This close collaboration helps boost school attendance, learning motivation, and accountability. In addition, the Study Monitoring Books, updated monthly in coordination with parents, track each student’s attendance, academic progress, behaviour, and challenges. This data is stored in a centralised system at CBE, enabling timely, data-driven interventions and strengthening the partnership among teachers, caregivers, and students.
Education should never be hindered by a lack of resources. CBE ensures that all students have access to essential school supplies, including pens, notebooks, books, and more. For many families, this support is vital and removes a major barrier to learning. By equipping students with the tools they need, we give them the confidence and dignity to fully participate in their education.
Beyond academic support, CBE fosters emotional well-being through the Happy Program. This initiative promotes a love for learning and helps build resilience through engaging activities, life-skills education, and celebration of meaningful events like International Children’s Day. The program also provides occasional nutritional support, helping children stay focused and energised. As a result, students are not only learning more but are happier, more confident, and more united.
The success of the past quarter proves the reflective impact of your support. These children are not only passing exams, they are gaining hope, confidence, and a vision for a better future. Your contributions have helped unlock their potential, and with continued support, we can reach even more children in need.
We warmly invite you to continue walking with us on this journey. With your ongoing partnership, we can expand our reach, deepen our impact, and ensure that no child is left behind in their pursuit of education and a brighter tomorrow.
Together, we are not just educating children, we are changing lives. Also, please friendly reminder that the 2025 July Bonus Day campaign is starting on Wednesday, July 16, at 10:00 AM EDT! The campaign will end 24 hours later on Thursday, July 17, at 10:00 AM EDT.
