This fall, we proudly welcomed 25 new St. George’s Scholars representing ten Commonwealth countries: Bangladesh, Pakistan, Trinidad and Tobago, Nigeria, Ghana, Saint Lucia, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, India and Guyana.
This vibrant cohort of emerging leaders are pursuing degrees across fields from Computer Science and Health Services to Business, Social Sciences and the Arts. With 14 women and 11 men, the group reflects the breadth of talent and ambition that defines our community.
Our inaugural event for this cohort buzzed with excitement as Scholars connected with one another, learned about upcoming opportunities and heard from partners like CareerSpring who shared resources to support their career journeys beyond graduation. A professional headshot session ensured each Scholar left with a polished photo for future job and graduate-school applications.
Thanks to your generosity, these students are starting the year equipped, inspired and ready to thrive!
As we look ahead, we invite your continued support to help sustain this momentum and ensure every Scholar can make the most of the transformative year before them.
Here’s to another inspiring year of achievement!
