2026 will be an exciting year for the A2S scholars program! This year we are adding 35 new slots to serve a total of 100 university students across institutions in Nigeria this year. The majority of our scholars attend the University of Benin, close to our Youth Center.
Our staff have been hard at work to develop clear career pathways for our scholars. Each student will have the opportunity to evaluate their skills and create a plan to develop across our Workforce Development Workshops to be career ready by the time they graduate. Our workshops have evolved to focus on both hard and soft skills needed in the professional world. We continue to bring in experts and mentors to facilitate these exciting sessions on a quarterly basis.
