We Appreciate YOU!

Child in Emergency Department
Child in Emergency Department

With Thanksgiving only a couple days away and the holidays around the corner, I wanted to write to express my sincere gratitude to you and all the people who have helped make GECC the successful organization it is today. Since 2008, GECC has grown to be a leader in emergency care program development and education in low-resource settings. We are grateful for all the individuals, past and present, who have contributed to our growth with their hard work and dedication.

But, our work is not finished. To continue training health workers and providing them with the resources to succeed, GECC faces an uphill battle – to raise $15,000 during December as part of our Year End Fundraising Campaign. These funds will directly support GECC’s programs on the ground in Uganda and will be essential to expand our work in Kenya and Cambodia.

To demonstrate their gratitude, GECC’s board of directors has generously offered to match donations by 50% on #GivingTuesday - December 2nd. #GivingTuesday is a worldwide effort dedicated to celebrate generosity and to encourage giving. In the spirit of gratitude and with your help, GECC will continue to train essential health care workers who save thousands of lives in their communities. Donate HERE on December 2nd and join the Giving Tuesday movement!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Best regards,
Tom Neill
Operations Director
