This project will train Kazakhstani doctors in fetal surgery, neonatal care, and diagnostics, helping reduce infant mortality by bringing expert knowledge to local hospitals. Your support will fund masterclasses and international medical training to save newborn lives.
Kazakhstan faces a severe shortage of highly trained specialists in key areas such as fetal surgery, advanced ultrasound diagnostics, neonatal ophthalmology, and maternal health. As a result, many children and newborns require treatment from foreign doctors, often involving high costs, complicated logistics, and delays that can cost lives. The lack of local expertise in these fields also contributes to preventable complications and high infant mortality rates.
Since 2007, the AYALA Charity Foundation has supported the growth of pediatric and perinatal healthcare in Kazakhstan. Over 4,000 doctors and nurses have completed advanced training through our programs. In 2025, we plan to hold 10 masterclasses in key areas of child and maternal care. These trainings, led by international experts, will help local doctors provide timely, high-quality care and reduce the need for treatment abroad-saving more young lives at home.
Strengthening local expertise will reduce the need for foreign treatment, lower child and maternal mortality, and improve health outcomes nationwide. Over time, more trained professionals will foster a self-sustaining healthcare system capable of delivering world-class care to children within Kazakhstan. Together, we can ensure that every child in Kazakhstan has access to quality medical care without leaving the country. Join us in saving lives and shaping a healthier future.
