Summary

Este proyecto brindara capacitacion en linea a 125 emprendedoras de de 7 estados de Mexico. Les daremos herramientas para que transformen sus negocios a las nuevas necesidades del mercado derivado de COVID-19. / This project will provide online training to 125 female entrepreneurs from 7 states of Mexico. We will give them tools to transform their businesses to the new needs of the market derived from COVID-19.

Challenge

El 60% de las mujeres en Mexico trabajan en la economia informal, sin acceso a seguro medico y sin ingresos garantizados. Las estrategias de aislamiento y cuarentena han exacerbado las situaciones de violencia domestica en un 100%. / 60% of women in Mexico work in the informal economy, without access to health insurance and without a guaranteed income. Isolation and quarantine strategies have exacerbated situations of domestic violence by 100%.

Solution

Con tu contribucion, brindaremos capacitacion a microemprensarias en resiliencia, e-commerce, habilidades empresariales y transformacion de negocios para que puedan fortalecer sus emprendimientos y tengan herramientas para innovar y salir adelante. With your contribution to this project, we will provide training to microentrepreneurs in resilience, e-commerce, entrepreneurial skills, and business transformation so that they can strengthen their businesses and have tools to innovate and succeed.

Long-Term Impact

Nuestras metodologia presencial ha sido evaluada por Banco Mundial mostrando un impacto donde el 82% de las emprendedoras mantienen sus negocios abiertos 2 anos despues de tomar la capacitacion y logran incremento en sus ganancias del 9% semanal. / Our face-to-face methodology has been evaluated by the World Bank showing an impact where 82% of the entrepreneurs keep their businesses open 2 years after taking the training and achieve an increase in their earnings of 9% weekly.
