Japanese whalers have killed the first of 59 endangered fin whales in the North Pacific Ocean. The whale was slaughtered on August 2nd and hauled aboard Japan's new high seas whaling ship, the $47 million Kangei Maru, just 2 days after Japan illegally gave itself a quota to kill 59 fin whales. To date they have now killed 4 endangered fin whales.
This is outrageous even by Japanese standards and we will not let this happen without protest.
Our founder, Jeff Pantukhoff, will be in Lima Peru next month to attend the International Whaling Commission Meeting being held there. Jeff will be lobbying like minded governments and international non profits while protesting this illegal fin whale hunt. Jeff will also be filming the entire meeting for public record.
We need your help to get Jeff to this critical meeting so please make a donation today.
Thank you!
