We have had discussion about so many significant issues during this day. field evaluation visit and got on opportunity to learn something new. The details of the Evaluation Visit Report & experience prepared by Aishik, members of the evaluation team, is mentioned below...........
Dear Donors,
My name is Aishik Saha (pronounced Oishik). I am from Kolkata, but currently working as a fellow at Teach For India in Mumbai. I took the opportunity to work as a Field Intern for GlobalGiving India, during my summer break. During this time, I was fortunate enough to be able to visit the humble organisation of RSKS India and evaluate their incredible work.
RSKS made me realise how putting in the effort and having the will to do things, is what takes you ahead and makes the difference. It is fascinating to see a group of people working tirelessly for the development of their communities irrespective of all the constraints and challenges.
Despite the language barrier, the staff of RSKS made it easy for me to interact with the staff and constituents, and that never posed as a problem. RSKS takes the feedback it receives very seriously, and makes sure to implement any changes that will help their constituents. Everyone happily agrees with the impact that RSKS has created, from the diligent staff members to the content constituents.
RSKS makes good use of any money that they receive and every bit of it goes into the development of the communities. The transparency they maintain and the work culture that trickles from the top level of management, are the reasons why they are doing so well. They make excellent use of the GlobalGiving tools and are extremely efficient with the audits and the reports. I truly believe that RSKS is making good use of the GlobalGiving platform and is using it for the betterment of the society.
I would definitely recommend RSKS to a donor, the money will be put to good use and the effects will be clearly portrayed. A meticulous organisation like RSKS definitely deserves funds which will help magnify their impact.

Today, the life of innocent sparrow has become so miserable due the radiation comes from concerete jungle, pollution, mobile towers, etc. And now the species has at the verge to be extinct. Keeping this in mind, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, has been successfully executing the project “Save Innocent Sparrow Bird” since last year.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, for the protection and secured breeding of sparrow, has installed more than 80 eco-friendly nests at different places. Our activists maintain these nets regularly. In 45 nests, sparrow has breeded safely and the newbies has come out of the eggs and now they are making the environment so joyful from their melodious chirping.
Being inspired from the project, people also getting aware of the prevention of sparrow and creating a feasible environment for sparrow at their places by installing such nests. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthn also arranges grain and water for sparrow regularly. Now the population of sparrow is increasing gradually.

It happened very often some years ago that hundreds of sparrows were gathered from somewhere in seconds when we throw grains on terrace. They kept chirping the whole day in the courtyard and public places, temples etc. The melodious chirping of sparrow got everyone fascinated and the atmosphere became gladsome, but now sparrow has become extinct from many places or got less in number. Sparrow doesn't live in forest. The places where it is found today getting less in number. It is a friend of human, it likes to live between human beings. But today, due to rapid industrialisation and construction of multi storey buildings have lessened its habitats.
Considering the reduction of population and habitat of sparrow, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of Global Giving Foundation, has installed some eco-friendly nest in public places near Prithviraj Chouhan Memorial. Thriteen eco-friendly nests have been installed at temples, road side, etc. The activists of the organisation inspect these nests timely and also make necessary arrangements for food and water for sparrows. The primary objective of "Save Sparrow" is to increase the population of sparrow and to make nature clean.
The efforts of GlobalGiving Foundation and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan have their positive effects in localites. Some localites told that earlier sparrow was found in a large number but its population got reduced all of sudden. Now its population is getting increased after the eco-friendly nests have been installed and the surroundings has become gladsome for which the localites thank Global Giving Foundation and Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan.
