Sparrow, the innocent bird that mesmerizes anyone with the medodious chirp is at the edge of extinction. Its population is decreases day-by-day as urbanization and industrialization destroy its habitat. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of GlobalGiving Foundation, installed eco-friendly nests for the conservation of sparrow. The organisation installed 14 eco-friendly nests at homes, temples, schools, gardens.
Now, sparrow is adopting these nests as its new habitat gradually. Our activists look after these nests at times. We found some little ones of sparrow in some of the nests. We noticed that melodious chipr of sparrow can be heard at the places where the nests have been installed. Being inspired from the initiative, localites are installing such nests on their own and contributing to conserve sparrow.

We are so glad to inform you that Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been awarded 4 awards/certificates by National and International organisations. It is possible just because of the support of all respectable donors and supporters along with the dedicated performance of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan's team. The organisation has achieved the awards for its significant contribution for distinct sectors.
1. Top Rated Non Profit 2017: - Rajasthan Samgrah Sansthan has got the award from "Great Non Profit" organisation, U.S.A. for the "positive review" of partners, stackholders, donors and public. The best NGO having positive reviews is awarded every year. More important, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been winning the award for last 4 years continuously.
2. Guide Star, Transparency Verified Key: - Guide Star has awarded Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan to maintain a better level of transparency. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan maintains transparency in all its works as governance, accountability, project, budget, management, charity and others. In the consequences, Guide Star has been awarding Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan with "Transparency Verified Key" reward for last two years.
3. 15th August, Independence Day, Best NGO Award : - On the ocassion of 15th August, Independence Day, Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been honoured with the letter of appreciation and memento for its significant contribution for women empowerment by Deputy District Magistrate Office. It is the third time when Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan has been awarded by Deputy District Magistrate Office.
4. GlobalGiving Field Visit Certificate : - A team of GlobalGiving Foundation visitied Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan in June 2017. The young members of the team evaluated the organisation's all field work, projects, management, accounts, transparency, governance, and others completely. And GlobalGiving Foundation gave "Field Evaluation Visit" Certificate to Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan.
We get guidance from GlobalGiving Foundation through Webinar and Trainings, additionally, the donors keep encouraging us by giving comments in the project reports and giving us good marks in the reports. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan is heartly thankful to GlobalGiving Foundation and the donors. It is your support and guidance which makes the organisation able to give its best for the welfare projects.
Every morning, our days starts with the chirping of Sparrow. All of us got mesmerized when it chirps melodiously, but its reducing population has become a matter of concern. Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, puts its efforts to conserve these tiny creatures through "Save Sparrow" program. Our activists have installed several eco-friendly nests for sparrow at distinct localities in the district. Nests were installed in the courtyards, roofs, trees and managed their feed.
We have got to see its accomodation in the installed nests very soon and now we observed an increase in its population. Even chirping of little ones of sparrow can also be heared. It makes the environment so charming. Some localites have also inspired for the conservation of sparrow and installed nests in their homes at their own level.

RSKS India, for the development of the marginalized deprived community , has successfully struggled for last 24 years. The organisation did appreciably, primarily at women empowerment, child development, education, Better livelihood, environment conservation, prevention of violence against women and many other sensitive issues.
Our environment gets its greenery from trees and plants, and the verdant environment is made beautiful by tiny innocent bird - sparrow, whose melodious voice makes the environment and the surrounding mirthful. But now the rapid deforestation is vanishing plants and trees, hence the natural habitat of sparrow is also being destroyed which has an adverse effect on the population of this innocent bird and due to lack of habitat sparrow have to flee to other places.
Therefore, Rajasthan Samgrah kalyan Sansthan, with the financial support of GlobalGiving, has installed eco-friendly nests at 13 distinct places for proper conservation and reproduction of the innocent bird - sparrow. The activists of the organisation selected green places to install nests which are favourable for sparrow as patio in houses, community halls, temples, high trees, parks etc. The activists take care of seed & water requirements of sparrow and maintain the nests regularly and their reproduction and growth is also under consideration.
"Save the Innocent Sparrow", managed by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan with the support of GlobalGiving has significant effect. Sparrow has got their habitat and now growing in number, some nests now have shriek of fledglings. All the installed nests have become the centre of attraction among people and the shriek of sparrow made the environment and surrounding joyful and has brought a wave of joy and positive energy. Being inspired by the noble work of GlobalGiving, localites are also installing eco-friendly nests at their places and contributing to conserve sparrow.
