Achievements:

SMSS will educate 250 children with disabilities under this project.Illiteracy, Intellectuality, poverty, unhygienic, disability, risk of disability will be solved by this project.

SMSS solution is important because it will meet at least the fundamental needs of education for the children with disabilities. Approximately 200 indirect beneficiaries from poverty stricken background this project is working towards helping the Children with disabilities by integrating special education system.

Challenges:

Remote area is deprived of special children needs. Children with disabilities are the worst sufferers as without proper education they fail to realize their full potential & unable to contribute community as well as to national development process.

We have made great strides at poverty alleviation but we are still facing a ceiling when it comes to complete break out of poverty and economic empowerment. The department needs to explore solutions to provide higher amounts of capital to be used at the right time and pace.

Thanks so much for being there. You have given us legitimacy when nobody else would, and now your support is reaping fruits. This  January 2023 we are going to help as many disable children as we ever helped in the whole history of the program

The project was considered due to most affected area by poverty stricken where in many disable children no access to education and suffering male nutrition since long. Considering the underlying factors this project will establish schools cum library for disadvantaged children to provide free education in remote areas at Tungipara, Gopalganj District in Bangladesh providing nutritious food & biscuit to 250 malnourished disable poor children. The project aim to build a school cum library well equipped with necessary books and critical literacy support to 250 poor disable children. The project plans to fulfilling the nutritional requirements of school-going disable children and establishing disable children's right to education.

The broader objective of the project is to help and support 250 Disable disadvantaged children in rural Bangladesh to facilitate education, nutritional requirements and establish children rights.

Targeted Beneficiaries:

Targeted beneficiaries determined by the geographical area in which a project is located who benefit from a project. The target beneficiaries within the project localities will be primarily comprised of disable boys and girls children households, who are the most affected by poverty stricken has given the highest priority of the project. The children age to be considered ranging from 03-15 years.

One of the major medical barriers to providing accessible education for disable children is inaccessible sanitary hygiene products. Tampons and sanitary pads are inaccessible to most Bangladeshi women as they cannot afford them, so they resort to using torn sarees. Furthermore, many schools do not provide safe conditions for menstruating disable women and girls. Improved hygiene practices and clean water are vital to ensuring this. However, logistical difficulties in ensuring schools have access to clean water and can implement safer hygiene practices mean that many girls are forced to miss school when they menstruate.
