As we move through the first months of 2026, we are deeply grateful for your continued support and belief in our mission. Thanks to you, this winter and spring brought meaningful progress, stability, and care to those who need it most.
What We Accomplished
During this period, we focused on providing consistent, essential support while responding to ongoing and emerging needs.
Delivered critical aid packages including food, hygiene items, medicine, clean water, warm clothes, and basic necessities to families facing hardship.
Continued supporting vulnerable individuals with targeted assistance based on urgent needs. These include psychological support for people with PTSD, children who were affected by the war in any way, families who lost their relatives, and many more.
Maintained reliable distribution efforts despite seasonal and logistical challenges, such as continiuous electricity issues and road closures.
Your contributions helped ensure that families were not left without support during colder months and times of uncertainty.
This season, your support meant:
Warm meals on days that would have otherwise gone without
Essential supplies for households struggling to keep up
A sense of relief and dignity for families navigating difficult circumstances
We continue to see firsthand how even small acts of generosity create stability and hope. It might look like a small contibution would not provide much, but with each small gesture from our donors we get closer and closer to our goal. Even a contribution of $5 can provide several meals and aid packages for families.
Ongoing Needs
While we are proud of what we’ve accomplished together, the need remains high. Many families continue to rely on consistent support, and new challenges continue to arise with each strike.
Our priorities moving forward include:
Expanding aid distribution to reach more families in more shelters and hard to reach areas.
Increasing consistency of support for those in prolonged hardship, including implementing more regular routes to areas with the biggest number of people in need of assistance.
Strengthening our ability to respond quickly to urgent cases, and deploy more emergency teams all around the city.
Thank You
None of this would be possible without you.
Your generosity is not just support — it is impact, stability, and hope for people who truly need it.
We are incredibly thankful to have you as part of this mission.
With gratitude,
Daruj Dobro Team
