Each year, 5.9 million children under the age of five die, more than half from treatable diseases like pneumonia and diarrhea. That's 18 children every second whose lives could have been saved. That's why MAP International is dedicated to bringing medicines to those who live in resource-poor countries.
MAP International began 62 years ago as Medical Assistance Programs and is one of the leading Christian medical aid organizations in the world. Each year we provide an estimated 10 million children and families with medical aid, community health, and disaster relief in over 100 countries. Motivated by our faith, we serve people of all backgrounds, believing that when they have health they have hope for a full life.
Thanks to your help, hundreds of thousands of children through out multiple countries have received the vital antibiotics they needed to fight off pnuemonia and save their lives.
