Sati’s recent activities focused on three main areas: child and youth well-being, livelihood development, and community partnership.
Across its education and mental health work, Sati delivered workshops on emotional awareness, anti-bullying, executive function, self-care, and creative learning for children and students in Chiang Mai, Rayong, Ban Bat, Masjid Mahanak, and construction camp communities. These programs combined psychological support, play, reflection, and practical learning to help children build confidence, self-understanding, and healthier relationships. The Rayong anti-bullying program remained a strong thread, with follow-up review sessions reinforcing empathy, respect, and the importance of being an upstander.
In its youth development work, Sati continued to create practical opportunities for refugee and migrant youth through hospitality training, internships, and event-based learning. Youth trainees supported and led catering and fundraising events, developed teamwork and service skills, and in some cases moved into paid employment. These experiences showed clear progress not only in technical ability, but also in confidence, responsibility, and leadership.
At the same time, Sati strengthened partnerships with organizations including Ford, Rosewood Bangkok, AP Thai, Urban Studies Lab, DIB Bangkok, and ONE Championship. These collaborations expanded the spaces, resources, and opportunities available to children and youth, while also increasing visibility for Sati’s work. Taken together, these activities show an organization that is building practical support systems around young people while helping them grow emotionally, socially, and professionally.
