We are providing a soluntion for the 52% of girl who drop out of school school due to lack of affrdable sanitary towels, the descrimination and myth attached to mentral health forces our girls to miss the the real foundation of human development which is education and this exerbates the marginalisation of girls and women in Uganda. 45 school going girls have been to trained on how to make sanitary napkins in Gulu.
We have procured and installed sanitary napkin making machines that can help girls produce cost effective and affordable sanitary pads this is the first attempt in Gulu.
