We're getting close to our goal of making and providing affordable sanitory towels using local materials we still need your support to make it happen so that we can keep our girl in school and nature our future leaders. In Uganda 52% of girl school drop outs is due to lack of affrdable sanitary towels, the descrimination and myth attached to mentral health forces our girls to miss the the real foundation of human development which is education and this exerbates the marginalisation of women in general.

Client Quote:

"I could not stand the shame at school Every one loughed at me because it was my first cycle. I did not know what to do my mother never talked to me about anything and I was so scared I went back to tell my mother and answered me that  I'm mature and ready to be married, she added also that 2 women cannot stay in the same house. I droped out of school at 12 years and was forced to start seling cassava in the market simply my parents cannot affort to buy me what I need  and I feel ashamed because I use big clothses, I missed education and Im regrating, I learnt later that every woman undergoes this situation and its nomal, we should educate our elders including my mother Im happy a t least you telling people the truth"

Thank You Lucy- Gulu

Putting our efforts together we created awareness to 123 schools girls , educated them how to better prepare and know, embrace and appreciate menstral health also we teaches were encourages to talk to students both girls and boys about the same. With your support we have acheved much already and togther we are going creating a solid foundation that will keep our girls is school.

We still need your support to buy and asemble our local plant that will produce safe and affordable sanitory pads to benefit our girls and we shall continue to educate and creat awareness to break the myth around menstral health.
