In order for schoolchildren to feel calm during the war, regular psychological work was organized. During meetings, children have the opportunity to free themselves from stress, and the psychologist has a simple and unnecessary procedure for monitoring the psychological state of schoolchildren.
Sitting in the bomb shelters have become commonplace in the lives of Ukrainian schoolchildren. Sometimes in one day they have to go down to the bomb shelter twice.
Of course it's stress. And known, that stress can have a catastrophic effect on the human body. One of the simplest and most famous ways is a glass of water. Our body affects the psyche, and water stimulates the parasympathetic system and relaxation processes are launched.
We purchased 3 water coolers to place in the school bomb shelter so that the children had free access to water and were comfortable to use.
