Children from government schools in India often do not have access to toilets, clean drinking water and the basic minimum infrastructure to be in school. This project is created with the objective of providing the required infrastructure including clean toilets, stationery, library, safe drinking water and other fulfill other need-based requirements.
Children from Govt schools in India often do not have access to toilets, clean drinking water and the basic minimum infrastrucure to be in school, including books, pens etc.. This results in a high percentage of drop out.
This project is created with the objective of providing the required infrastructure including clean toilets, stationery, library, uniforms and other fulfill other need-based requirements. This will help bring the children to school and continute their education. Volunteers can also be involved in activities around the library set-up.
Water purifying systems have been provided to 30 schools in rural Karnataka. This will prevent many children from falling ill due to water-borne diseases, and increase their attendance percentage. 350 students of GMS school in Gurgaon will be directly impacted through this project. Toilets and basic stationery will ensure children will not drop out of school. New uniforms will boost up their confidence levels, and the libary will be a huge value-add factor.
