Sundarbans Resources Harvesters Cooperative Society Ltd. is working by a group of people of south western coastal region in Bangladesh. They are working for the livelihood improvement of the coastal community. Through their self-activity they are rearing cow and duck that is adding a new dimension in their cooperative income. It’s a easy task for the local community and gaining success through their alternative livelihood activity.

By the initiative:

i)                 Gaining economic solvency by sharing profit

ii)               Increase the working opportunity in the community.

Bangladesh Environment and Development Society (BEDS) is working for the coastal community development and want to scale up this attempt all over the country. In these causes need the help of the well-wishers.

BEDS is currently trying to raise funds from GlobalGiving platform in order to help those marginal people in the way of income generation for their better future with better economic conditions. We also hope that through taking support from various corners they will be able to use their products for earning their sound livelihood.

We would like to thank all our donors for being so kind to us so far. We are requesting all our kind donors to start monthly recurring donations. For recurring donation, please visit the followinglink; https://www.globalgiving.org/projects/livelihood-improvement-for-fishermen-families/
