Dear Supporters,

We are incredibly proud to update you on the wonderful impact made possible by your kindness during the first half of 2026. Through your collective generosity, we raised $271 to secure critical, life-altering medical care for two beautiful, resilient young girls, Mary and Victoria. Both girls face a double challenge every day as they battle severe iron-deficiency anemia alongside cerebral palsy.

Anemia of this severity drastically depletes a child’s red blood cells, causing extreme exhaustion and making it incredibly difficult to manage underlying neurological conditions. Because of their cerebral palsy, both Mari and Victoria suffer from pronounced muscle hypotonia and a compromised swallowing reflex. These complications mean their bodies cannot tolerate or absorb standard oral iron treatments. Instead, their only safe clinical option is to receive an advanced intravenous medication called Ferinject, administered directly under close hospital supervision. Sadly, this specialized therapy comes with a steep price tag that places an overwhelming financial burden on families already navigating complex, lifelong disabilities.

To protect their health, our foundation stepped in to fund a crucial multi-stage treatment plan across three distinct milestones:

  • First Stage (35,000 AMD): Funding was initially directed to cover a vital, full-dose infusion exclusively for Mary to stabilize her dropping blood counts.
  • Second Stage (35,000 AMD): Our medical team optimized your contributions through a brilliant collaborative intervention. Since a standard vial contains 500mg and each girl required a targeted dose of 200mg, the hospital successfully split a single vial between Mary and Victoria. This allowed both children to receive their critical booster doses simultaneously while cutting costs in half.
  • Third Stage (35,000 AMD): The final round of funding was dedicated to Victoria, successfully securing her next essential infusion to round out her prescription cycle.

This strategic healthcare delivery successfully restored their iron levels, kept both girls out of an emergency crisis, and gave them back the physical baseline strength they need to participate in their daily therapies.

Right now, numerous children fighting complex benign blood disorders are receiving specialized care at Yerevan “Yeolyan” Hematology and Oncology Center. For the past few years, our foundation has worked tirelessly to bridge the gap for these families, ensuring they have an uninterrupted supply of vital medications that are not covered by public health programs. This crucial safety net provides immense relief to vulnerable families—a mission that simply could not exist without the compassionate hearts of our donor community.

By standing with us, you are actively transforming the lives of vulnerable children and bringing health back into their futures. Please know that your donation is far more than a financial contribution. It is a gift of strength, hope, and a brighter tomorrow for these children who need it most.

With deep appreciation,
